The college has organized two AICTE-ISTE sponsored STTP programmes for faculty during the last two years. The college has laid emphasis on Guest lectures. Educational tour and continuous interaction with industries right from its inception. In addition to its conventional academic teaching, attention is paid to modern techniques in class room lectures, seminars, conferences, assignments, case analysis, practical classes, paper presentation, workshop practice, projects and departmental association activities.

International Conference on Networking, VLSI, and Signal Processing (ICNVS '10)

WSEAS (World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society), Athens, Greece, and The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET), Narasipuram, Coimbatore – 109 was jointly organized the 12th International Conference on Networking, VLSI, and Signal Processing at the Jenney Club, Coimbatore from 18th to 20th of February 2010. Dr .R.M.Vasagam, former Vice-Chancellor, Anna University inaugurated the function.During the two day conference, convergence of audio/video networking in the embeded system, Adhoc networks and latest trends in wireless networks discussed by eminent Guest Speakers.
